Bob Dignan, CFP®, AIF®

Financial Advisor

(262) 696-5167

Bob is a local “kid” that has never strayed too far from his small-town roots, and has tapped into those Main St. values while helping his clients to enjoy the wealth-creating opportunities of Wall Street.  A shamelessly proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin in 1992, Bob has spent more than two decades serving as an Investment and Financial Planning professional, earning his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in August of 2008, and his Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation in March of 2013.  But more valuable than any professional designation were the relationships that he built with his clients, and the business lessons that he learned from great mentors who truly understood the use of the Golden Rule in business.

An East Troy High School graduate in 1987, Bob and his wife (Christine) made the decision to return to East Troy as their professional careers began to flourish, and as their family was beginning to grow.  Returning home became the ultimate opportunity to utilize his personal energy and professional talents to give back to an area that gave so much to him.  As working professionals and proud parents of three, who now range from Middle School to finishing college, the entire experience has been a lesson in achieving the right balance of work and family, and is a lesson that Bob strives to include in every plan that he prepares.

When he isn’t spending time with family, you’ll likely find Bob cycling or running on the back roads of Southeastern Wisconsin or the trails of the Kettle Moraine.  And for a couple of weeks each year he makes it a point into head to the woods and climb into a tree in an effort to relax and (hopefully) fill his family’s freezer.

How can Bob help you?

As a private business-owner for the last 23 years, Bob brought with him not only a wealth of pragmatic planning experience, but also the business insight that you gain only by taking an entrepreneurial dream from a great idea to a living entity that creates jobs and opportunity for others.  Prior to joining the R&R Wealth Management team, he experienced the strength and dynamic nature of R&R Insurance, both as an R&R Insurance client and in the role of a collaborative financial planner.   Having referred dozens of his clients to the “Knowledge Brokers” over the last decade, and having had the opportunity to directly collaborate with those professionals to creatively problem solve for mutual clients, Bob was provided with a unique opportunity to appreciate the strength of the team and the incredible value that R&R brought to the table.

Based upon his past experience working with a wide variety of business owners, high level professionals, and “C Suite” level executives, his efforts at R&R Wealth Management will be focused primarily upon the tremendous opportunities that employers now have to create more efficient and attractive retirement plan opportunities for their workforce.  The opportunity to create and maintain retirement plans that attract and retain the best talent to your team has never been greater, and our team has the strength to make your employee offerings even stronger.
